Please see our sizing chart in the photos.
If you are full size (I.e. a size 10 and you order a 41 - US 9.5-10) it may feel slightly snug on him at first. Based on all the feedback from our testers, they break in quickly after a few wears as the leather stretches and conforms to your foot! (We don't recommend sizing up as when the leather stretches with wear they'll begin to feel too loose) Order according to your US size as European sizes vary between brands.
