USA & Canada

• Returns accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging.

• A prepaid label will be provided (drop-off at the listed courier).
  
• Refund = cost of shoes minus: $5 return label $3 restocking fee
  
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  
• Final Sale: accessories, clearance, and seconds-quality shoes.
  

UK

• Same as above, but with a $10 return label + $3 restocking fee.
  

Australia

• Same as above, but with a $15 return label + $3 restocking fee.

 

Other International Orders

Customers cover all return shipping costs.

All accessories, clearance items, and seconds-quality shoes are final sale.


Can I exchange my shoes for a different style/size?

We are not able to offer direct exchanges as our inventory is usually limited.


I wore my shoes a few times, and I want to return them. 

Returns are accepted for unused products in their original packaging only. If the item you wish to return does not meet these requirements, we do have a Facebook B/S/T group where you can try to sell your second-hand shoes.


There was an issue with my order, what do I do?
