I want to return or exchange my item. What do I need to know?

USA Returns:  

Return Process:  

- Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of the product for unused items returned in their original packaging

- Once the process is initiated, you will be provided with the return label 

- Shipments must be dropped off at USPS  

- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned package, a refund will be issued for the cost of shoes minus:  

- $5 return label

- $3 restocking fee


Shipping Costs:  

Original shipping costs are not reimbursed.  

Final Sale:  

All accessories, clearance items, and seconds-quality shoes are final sale.

Canada Returns:

Return Process:  

- Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of the product for unused items returned in their original packaging

- Once the process is initiated, you will be provided with an address to return the shoes to

- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned package, a refund will be issued for the cost of shoes

Can I exchange my shoes for a different style/size?

We are not able to offer direct exchanges as our inventory is usually limited.

I wore my shoes a few times, and I want to return them. 

Returns are accepted for unused products in their original packaging only. If the item you wish to return does not meet these requirements, we do have a Facebook B/S/T group where you can try to sell your second-hand shoes!

There was an issue with my order, what do I do?

If there is an issue with your order please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
