I want to return or exchange my item. What do I need to know?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused products returned in their original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue shop credit or a refund, minus a $5 restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed. All accessories (leather care, socks & laces) and sale items are a final sale.
How do I set up a return or exchange?
If you wish to arrange a return or exchange an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receiving your order. In your E-Mail, please indicate the following:
1: Name of person who placed the order
2: Order number
3: Item(s) you are returning/exchange
Even if you don’t receive a reply right away, as long as we have received your email within the seven days, your request will be honored.
I wore my shoes a few times, and they still don’t fit. Can I still return them for a different size?
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused products in their original packaging only. If the item you wish to return does not meet these requirements, we do have a Facebook B/S/T group where you can try to sell your second-hand shoes!
