Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of product for unused products returned in their original packaging. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue a refund for the cost of the shoes, less a $5 restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed. All sale items are a final sale. If you wish to return an item please click HERE to start the process.

You can also check out our Facebook B/S/T Group HERE if you want to try selling your shoes there first! Sold out items are often sought after! 


Can I exchange my shoes for a different style/size?

We are not able to offer direct exchanges as our inventory is usually limited.

I wore my shoes a few times, and they still don’t fit. Can I still return them for a different size? 

Returns are accepted for unused products in their original packaging only. If the item you wish to return does not meet these requirements, we do have a Facebook B/S/T group where you can try to sell your second-hand shoes!




There was an issue with my order, what do I do?

If there is a issue with your order please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
