I want to return or exchange my item. What do I need to know?

Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused products returned in their original packaging. 

Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue you shop credit for the cost of the shoes. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed. All sale items are a final sale. If you wish to return an item please click HERE to start the process.

Return: Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue a refund for the cost of the shoes, less our $5 restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed. All sale items are a final sale. If you wish to return an item please click HERE to start the process.

You can also check out our Facebook B/S/T Group if you want to try selling your shoes there first! Sold out items are often sought after! 

 

Can I exchange my shoes for a different style/size?

We are not able to offer direct exchanges as our inventory is usually limited. You have the option to return the item for shop credit and then can repurchase the correct size.

I wore my shoes a few times, and they still don’t fit. Can I still return them for a different size? 

Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused products in their original packaging only. If the item you wish to return does not meet these requirements, we do have a Facebook B/S/T group where you can try to sell your second-hand shoes!
