USA: No duties/tariffs required.
Canada & International Orders: May incur duties; rates vary by country.
Customs Duties: Buyer is responsible for any duties. Adelisa & Co. cannot predict duty fees.
Unpaid Duties: If order is returned due to unpaid duties, both initial and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Package Delays: Due to holidays postal delays are possible. Please allow a few extra business days before filing a claim. We appreciate your patience!
Tracking Not Updating:
- Shipping confirmation is sent when your label is created; tracking updates once the carrier receives your package.
- Orders during preorders/releases may experience slight delays due to high volume.
- If your order includes a pre-order item, it ships once all items are ready (typically 2-3 weeks unless noted).
- Fulfillment and shipping times are in business days (Mon-Fri) and exclude holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot make special accommodations to rush an order. All orders are subject to the shipping method you selected at checkout and the respective time frames noted above.
If you wish to cancel your order, please be aware that cancellations are very unlikely, as our fulfillment centre often begins preparing orders shortly after they are placed. We encourage you to email us as soon as possible at hello@adelisaandco.com, and we will do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be possible.
