Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items in original packaging.

At checkout, you’ll have the option to purchase Checkout+ for $3.98, which includes:

• Free return shipping
• Free exchanges (new pair ships to you at no extra cost)

If you choose Checkout+:

• You’ll receive a free prepaid return label
• Exchanges ship free of charge
• (If exchanging for a higher-priced style, you’ll just pay the difference)

If you opt out of Checkout+:

• Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

International Orders (Outside USA & Canada)
Please contact us at hello@adelisaandco.com to start a return.

We’ll provide the return address, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Final Sale:  All accessories, clearance items, and seconds-quality shoes are final sale.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.



Can I exchange my shoes for a different style/size?
If you have purchased Checkout+ you will be able to exchange your shoes. If not, you will have to return your shoes, receive the refund and repurchase.

I wore my shoes a few times, and I want to return them. 
Returns are accepted for unused products in their original packaging only. If the item you wish to return does not meet these requirements, we do have a Facebook B/S/T group where you can try to sell your second-hand shoes.


There was an issue with my order, what do I do?
If there is an issue with your order please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
