I want to return or exchange my item. What do I need to know?
Returns are accepted within 30 days from receipt of product for unused products returned in their original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue a refund for the cost of the shoes, less a $5 restocking fee. Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed. All sale items are a final sale. If you wish to return an item please click HERE to start the process.
You can also check out our Facebook B/S/T Group HERE if you want to try selling your shoes there first! Sold out items are often sought after!
Can I exchange my shoes for a different style/size?
We are not able to offer direct exchanges as our inventory is usually limited.

I wore my shoes a few times, and they still don’t fit. Can I still return them for a different size?
Returns are accepted for unused products in their original packaging only. If the item you wish to return does not meet these requirements, we do have a Facebook B/S/T group where you can try to sell your second-hand shoes!

If there is a issue with your order please notify us within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
Where do you donate a portion of your profits to?
Living in Nicaragua gives us the unique ability to make thoughtful and careful donations to families and individuals we personally come in contact with. Our goal is always to make sustainable donations that will have a long-term impact. So whether it’s supporting education, improving housing, or helping with medical needs, we hope to make a difference in these families lives one donation at a time.
